More about your Hosts :
- CHEZWaWa restaurants, founded by San Francisco native Palmer, is known for bringing the fresh, vibrant flavors of California-style Mexican food to Brussels with locally sourced ingredients. Palmer, who previously worked in the hotel industry, introduced the city 9 1/2 years ago to authentic burritos, tacos, and salads that capture the spirit of West Coast cuisine.
- Tipsy Tribe Brewery & Distillery, co-founded by Daniel from Nevada, is a local gem for craft beers and spirits. Having discovered his love for Belgian beer at age 15, Daniel set roots in Belgium and now proudly crafts everything from unique beers to the first whiskey made in Brussels.
- Laura, also a California native, founded Eat Dessert First by Laura to share her family’s cherished American dessert recipes with Brusseleirs. Inspired by her mother’s baking traditions, Laura creates irresistible pies, cakes, cupcakes and other premium American desserts.
Together, they’re teaming up to bring you the Thanksgiving "spirit of abundance'' in this country they now call home - Don't miss it !
