In partnership with Ateliers.Brussels and Wecandoo, we are very happy to launch a new adventure and have created our own Artisan Workshop entitled "Cook your own Mexican specialities" / "Cuisinez vos spécialités mexicaines":
- A 2-hour evening workshop/atelier to discover the basics of California-style Mexican cuisine at CHEZWaWa-Royal (rue de la Presse)
- We'll prepare our signature Homemade Guacamole (Gilda's recipe)...
- And we'll prepare some refreshing Agua Fresca = our homemade drink made with pressed seasonal fruit, water, lime and sugar...
- Then you'll learn how to Roll your own Burrito at our counter :)
- And of course we'll finish this workshop with a convivial tasting of all your creations to travel to sunny Mexico and California for a few hours :)
