You now have TWO OPTIONS to enjoy some Saturday Mexican-morning-melted-magic @ Châtelain :
OPTION 1) A LA CARTE, UPON REQUEST (no reservations needed) :
- Menu/Format - On Saturdays we generally have a number of à-la-carte Brunch items on offer from our counter including:
- Breakfast Burritos made to order (scrambled eggs + black beans + choice of meat/protein and salsa + cheese & sour cream + any extras like guacamole)
- Enchiladas Suizas (chicken or vegetarian)
- Quesadillas (chicken or vegetarian)
- Soup or Chili
- Homemade Breads and Cookies - Timing/Logistics - We're open on Saturdays at CHEZWaWa-Châtelain from 12h00 until 14h30 - and no reservations are necessary !
OPTION 2) FULL CALI-MEX BRUNCH BUFFET, WITH RESERVATION FOR MINIMUM 6 PEOPLE :
- Menu/Format - The full Brunch Buffet format combines table-service and a self-service buffet. The full Brunch menu offers two choices of Breakfast Burritos, one vegetarian and one for meat-lovers, plus a portion of cheesy Enchiladas Suizas (chicken or vegetarian)... Plus a Make-Your-Own Quesadilla Bar, and an assortment of Sweet & Savory Cali-Mex items from the buffet including Soup, Salad and Breads. Our Menu will always have a mix of both Mexican-classics and California-inspirations, including Vegetarian and Gluten-Free options. To keep things varied and interesting, our brunch menu will change a bit from time to time - but CLICK HERE TO VIEW A SAMPLE FULL BRUNCH BUFFET MENU !
- Timing/Logistics - Our Saturday Weekend Brunch Buffet at CHEZWaWa-Châtelain can be made available from 11h30 until 14h30 - with preferred seating at 11h30 or 13h00. Reservations for the full Brunch Buffet are mandatory, and we offer this service for a MINIMUM of 6 people !
- Pricing - To offer great value for money, we will charge a fixed price of 27 Euros per person for the full CaliMex Brunch Buffet = 1 Breakfast Burrito + a portion of Enchiladas Suizas, plus an Unlimited Cali-Mex Buffet (sweet & savory items on the buffet like soup, salad and breads + make-your-own Quesadillas bar) as well as unlimited Filter Coffee & Teas, all included. A number of great Extras are also available for an additional charge including our spectacular homemade guacamole, Agua Frescas, and Orange Juice, Spumante and of course Mimosas and Micheladas :)
