A recipe from our childhood in California - but using only the finest local ingredients made-in-Brussels:
A base of gluten-free hazelnut & chocolate cookies from our friends @GenerousBakery,
+ a layer of homemade coffee ice cream,
+ then topped with nuts and a rich chocolate ganache from our awesome neighbor @PatisserieNicolasArnaud.
The feedback has been quite positive ~ it's truly delectable!
