- SOL, “The Original Mexican Sunshine Beer” is a Blond Mexican, light (4,5%), festive and refreshing golden coloured Pilsner-style beer with a fresh malty, fruity-lemony flavour and a soft, quenching dry finish, served with a fresh wedge of lime in the long neck to accentuate the floral citrusy aroma of the beer.
